My problem started with telephone marketing when I was sold a Red Advantage Package under ********* practice. I launched a complaint and it was resolved through Hello Peter on the 05 May 2017. Subsequent to the evidence presented and Vodacom internal investigation it was found that the product was not honestly sold. I demanded to be taken back to the original contract I had with as this was not a new contract. Over and above in the efforts of mending broken relations for inconvenience cause I was offered 2G to my contract for duration of 24 months at no cost and the “immigration to my original contract at no cost” as the false marketing amounts to **********. This was communicated telephonically by Cassandra Bagus and system generated sms to this effect reference number 1- ********** ********** , I was promised that all offering will commence immediately. I was grade that the matter was dealt with professionally. On the 10 June 2017 I received migration order by sms, reference number 1- ********** ********** . Little did I know that on the 03 June I will be debited R6 200 for migration order. On the 09 July 2017 reference number 1- ********** ********** after screening my bank statement I noticed an irregular amount debited by Vodacom. I called requesting a statement only to be “presented with the migration cost”. Vodacom is not honest, it seems reaping-off clients is the order of the day. Vodacom = ***** = ********* Business Practise. I need my money that I work had for, I need my refund and waiting for 14 days is completely unacceptable. I hope you clear this mass once and for all. I am of Vodacom can’t wait for my contract to lapse. Never thought such corporate can be so hungry to ***** customer fund. It’s disgusting ):

Unfullfilled commitment again. Still waiting for a consulatant to call 48 hours has passed no communication. Your take clients for granted you rob them and neglect them. Pathetic and unacceptable business conduct.
Call centre cant do much and cant even linked calls to solution department. Vodacom you have mastered "gate-keeping" well ..... I need my money that I worked for so hard. You are not going to capture my money. I need it
