Unauthorized upgrade by Vodacom after hours
Absolutely disgusting service. Send upgrade quote when I never asked for it. Message does not give any contact number even though it says to contact Vodacom. Quote sent after hours so unable to get hold of anybody on 082135. I want to know who requested this, when, why and who authorized the upgrade. It certainly was not me.
