Unauthorized Upgrade

I went into a contract with Vodacom on a 3G card contract 2years ago which were to cost me R149.00/month. That contract came to an end and as you can see from the January 2015 invoice was still billed at R149.00 for the month.<br> Getting my invoice February 2015 I noticed that the amount is now R709.00/month. When I queried this with Vodacom in February I was told that the upgrade was done via telephone and they need to investigate how that came about. What I can't understand is that the upgrade is for a uChoose Flexi 200, how does that work with a 3G card. I am getting charge for a handset as well, please provide proof that a handset was provided and signed for. I mentioned to the Vodacom employee that in all the time and during all upgrades I had to sign, deliver proof of residence and pay slips before an upgrade was finalized, this time it was done via telephone, does not sound right.
