Checked my Vodacom bill today. On my bill for the first time was a line item \Content Services\".

I contacted Vodacom to enquire what this was for. According to the operator I subscribed to two services from Opera Telecom. \"Droidboost and Charmtube\"

I've never even heard of this and defiantly did not subscribe. To make matters worse the agent told me that I could have subscribed accidentally, these new smart phones do that.....
They provided the name, but told me to contact them directly.

Vodacom is the guilty party here, not them for allowing them to collect Unauthorized Subscriptions trough there billing department without any kind of proof that we subscribed. We as there customers have no protection.

I would expect a sms from Vodacom to indicate that a 3rd party subscription has been activated and is billing through them directly on my account/contract and not get a supersize 30 days into this so called subscription!

I scrutinize my bill every month, but by the time I receive the bill for Vodacom it was to late and I must now pay R170.16 for the months service regardless.

I expect a credit on my March 2016 bill for this amount. This is totally unacceptable."
