Unauthorized submission to the bureau

I am extremely annoyed at the *****ulent behaviour of one of Vodacom”s sales consultants by the name of Marcus. On Wednesday 7th May this guy contacts me to tell me that Vodacom is offering me a monthly data contract of 50 gig plus a once off 30 gig for a premium of R169 monthly. I asked several questions from this guy and instructed him that all that he is explaining on the call, I request an email with this information so that in my spare time I can read through it and get back to him once I have decided, he agreed and that was the end of the call. The following day I receive notification from the bureau that Vodacom submitted an application on my behalf. I immediately contacted this Marcus guy and asked him why he went ahead submitting an inquiry without my consent and demanded from him a letter of explanation from Vodacom stating that Vodacom without any consent submitted an application to the bureau as this is *****ulent and let alone messing with my credit score. This guy agreed to send that letter to me in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I contact him again and he now tells me he has to leave work due to an emergency and I insisted that he has a manager who must attend to my complaint, he promised to contact his manager and again no response. I called the following day again and this time the story had changed, he told me that they need to listen to the telephone recording to determine if consent was given or not, meanwhile he is very much aware he had zero permission from me as this is something I am very cautious of in relation to credit scores. By the end of the day he was still not able to provide me feedback and the lette of explanation. Today the 10th I receive a call from Vodacom again and it’s a different consultant. She informs me of my contract that was approved Wednesday, how??? With whose consent and debit authorisation?? Vodacom, I need an explanation ASAP. Your consultant la cannot be pushing to reach sales targets even at the expense of *****ulent transactions. I am very unhappy!!!
