Unauthorized porting from Vodacom to Mtn

Highly enraged with Vodacom not wanting to take responsibility to ensure proper porting procedures are in place. My phone was ****** on the 25th of April 2019 and I did a Sim swap on the 28th April. Last week my phone was ported to Mtn without my permission. I went to Vodacom Reds all to request their assistance and they told me to contact the other alternative service providers and find out to which service provider my number was moved to which I did and found out it's with Mtn. I can't do any Banking this weekend and it's month end because my number is not registered. My question is why should I run around. I need this sorted by Vodacom I didn't authorize that porting.
