Unauthorized number porting
Yesterday my mom's number was not working the whole day. I called vodacom customer care, apparently the number have been ported to cell c. I called cell c porting department few minutes ago- her number is been used by either standard bank or Mr price, and there is nothing they can do. She can't even load airtime on her phone goodness sake!!! She has been using that number like forever!!! Can she get her number back!!!
