unauthorized monthly deduction
<p>I upgraded in August 2016 to a Samsung Galaxy S7 (with a free Samsung T3 promotion) because I was informed by the sales lady that I qualify "for any handset". Since September 2016 I am paying a whopping R369.99 - "Handset Installment" for the next 24 months. That gives me a total amount of R8 879.76 EXTRA for my "any handset" qualification. I was unaware of this additional handset installment and would NEVER upgraded to the Galaxy S7 if I was informed about the extra installment.</p>
