Unauthorized migration

In May 2005 I phoned vodacom cancellations to cancel a contract that was appearing on a number that was no longer in use. Vodacom informed me that the cancellation will be done but I will still need to pay for the nrxt 2 months according to their policy. I agreed as there was nothing I could do.

This month vodacom debited not the R200 but R2100 on my account. When I went to the store to enquire I was given numbers to phone and when I phoned I was told that the department responsible was opened today and when I phoned this morning, the answering machine greeted me.

This is lack of professionalism from Vodacom as I did not authorize any migration on the sim card as I asked this sim card to be closed. I need my refund asap as this is inconviniencing me as this affecting my other debit orders.

Can vodacom please resolve this with immediaye effect?
