Unauthorized expenditure

I have an existing contract with Vodacom, when I contacted them to enquire about my January 2020 debit order, I was informed that there is an additional charge of about R450 for a 10GB Bonus data, that was on special as part of Black Friday, I informed the contact center agent that I was not contacted about the promotional offer and did not agree to the deal, they have taken the matter to their forensic department and will revert to me after 7 days, I will be waiting for the feedback, this incident has just shown best customer service, how do you add services without getting a customer's consent....

The bundle was deleted, but the credit was not processed, Vodacom has not been credited me the R450 that was charged. Its now a month and two weeks and the matter has not been resolved.
