Unauthorized deduction

Vodacom deducted R2706. 56 on my husband bank by mistake, he has a contract with vodacom and they only deduct R460 per month, they give him 1gig data and R100 airtime, when all those are finished he buy airtime and data, he doesn't have an open line. He went to vodacom and the told him that the chances of him getting his money are slim. We need to pay rent and school transport for the kids, this is unacceptable. We cannot suffer because of vodacom's mistakes. They logged a query and all we need to do is to wait. This is unfair#Vodacom
