Unauthorized debits
Vodacom debited my account over a period of 9 months to the amount of over R6000. I have logged this and have yet to get this resolved. This is totally unacceptable to use my debit order to debit services that I have not authorized. I in good faith have settled my bill for more than 20 years I have no less than 6 reference numbers dating back to March for the same query. I want all debits that relate to content services credited And refunded to me immediately.
