Unauthorized debit orders , HP Attorneys and Vodacom collections department, no one can help with my account and refund

I was sent an email end of January that my account was handed over to lawyers, HP Attorneys, i then made payment arrangement with the lawyers to pay until I finish the arrears. Middle of February Vodacom debited three times of the agreement I had made with the lawyers, I called the collections department and they said I should send an email to *** with my statements and refund procedures will take place in 7 to 14 days . Since then I have been calling Vodacom and lawyers no one has been assisting me , Vodacom claimed not to see the debit on their side . On the 25th of March another debit was made by Vodacom same amount as previously . Still calling the the lawyers and i was asked to send statements *** . And I was told to go Vodacom store . At the store I was told my account wasnt handed over to the lawyers on their side as yet and made contact with collections department which told me to still go to HP Attorneys. At this point both parties dont want to assist they passing this to each person and im getting no feedback. With the amount that has been debit it still shows I owe them and the amount debit is more than what I owe them which now a refund is required but still not assistance. It's really draining and hurting that in this economy such a big company can't assist with matters that affect the customers . I am still looking for help and still not assisted!
