Unauthorized debit order without a contractual agreement.
Vodacom debited my account without my knowledge and I don't even have a contract with them... This is ***** this company should be closed.

13 May 2024, 10:27I just received a call from one of the vodacom representatives requesting certain documents and an affidavit for my case to be investigated.. I now have to get documents through to them to investigate something that I have no knowledge of, what they should be doing is investigating the consultant who captured the contract and committed the ***** because they wanted sales.. People we are being ****med day in and day out instead of companies doing their jobs we have to run up and down whereas the culprits are right under their nose. Vodacom I will not send you guys anything. But better make sure that my account will not be debited ever again or else there will be hell to pay. I still maintain vodacom must be shut down
