Unauthorized debit order where no debit order mandate exists

Unauthorized debit orders have been going off my account from Vodacom, yet I do not have any outstanding balance or any amounts owing. I do not even have a debit order mandate for that matter with Vodacom, my payments have ALWAYS been through an EFT. I have meed sent from pillar to post from December 2025 to date from Call centre, to subscriber collections to finance, yet there is still not solution and Vodacom continues to debit and attempt to debit my account on random days with no clear explanation. Everytime there is a debit order attempt on my account ,I end up incurring unnecessary bank charges which is UNACCEPTABLE.

Vodacom please sort this out IMMEDIATELY, because I am not understanding what on earth is going on.
