Unauthorized debit order increase and ongoing issues not resolved previously
I still have an ongoing complaint with vodacom regarding my credit history that has not been resolved however now I find that my debit order, with absolutely no permission from me has gone up by over a R100. I would like someone to resolve this for me as soon as possible. And especially as my previous complaint was not even responded to and I wasn't helped I will be sure to get In touch with your ceo if I not assisted efficiently. Vodacom has become extremely indifferent to their customers..its disgusting
