Unauthorized Debit Order from Vodacom

Vodacom keeps debiting my account even though I DO NOT and Have NEVER had a contract with them. This is the second time it has happened. I reported it to their ***** department and have not been helped. They let ****mers who ***** our identities open contracts under our names and do nothing about it. Their verification system is flawed!!!!!! It comes with a different amount and reference each time.
