Unauthorized debit order for uninstalled Vodacom Fibre
I have been struggling for 13 months to get proper answers from Vodacom regarding an authorized debit order for uninstalled Fibre. I lodged a dispute regarding the unauthorized debit order and to my surprise my phones were soft locked. This was extremely frustrating because I have my own business and rely on my phone for about 70% of my business. I could not make calls and all incoming calls reflected as private. There was only more frustration when calling the call center and being pushed from one person to the other with the famous quote "I understand but unfortunately..." I then decided to stop my payments until I receive a refund on the debits for the Fibre. This was a lengthy process because they first accused me of lying because they did install Fibre and later apologized because they did not install. My credit profile was affected by this and they promised to have my bad credit rescinded with credit bureau. They finally passed a credit but I need answers- 1. Why was my phone soft locked when I was the one that lodged a complaint? 2. Where is the sales consultant that processed this application without my approval? 3. Why are our numbers deleted when this is a dispute matter that is unresolved? 4. Why is this matter running for 13 months and still unresolved? 5. Do they not value a longstanding client of approximately 23 years?
I would like to see some good faith and written apologies for the inconvenience my daughter and I had to suffer because of *********** Vodacom staff. I would like our numbers retrieved and given back to us.
