Unauthorized debit order deduction

Horrible service from Kgomotso. There is no service t Vodacom. They deducted 4 times the amount per debit order and nobody can tell me what for? I did not subscribe to anything out of my own. You think you can deduct whatever you want from my bank account? Kgomotso promised to phone me by 10.am at the latest with answers, guess what, never heard from him again!
