Unauthorized Debit order
VodaCom you have the audacity to debit my account today (03/01/23) through an unauthorized Debit Order of R1664.22 with Reference Number : Vodacom *** I848868. I will reversing this debit Order tomorrow. The only authorized contract I have with u is for R299.00 data contract. I will be reporting you to the Consumer Ombudsman for your scrupulous conduct. Furthermore should this continue I will remove your debit Order mandate on my account will pay through EFT monthly my contract as I will not be incurring bank charges for further debit orders

04 Jan 2023, 15:58I have reversed the debit order as indicated in my complaint. I'll be doing an EFT for the correct amount of R299.00 that i'm due to you (VodaCom). Should there be another incident of this misbilling and debiting of my account, i'll completed remove and block VodaCom from my DebiCheck system.
