Unauthorized debit order

I am terribly frustrated and disappointed in the way my case was handled

I received a sms on 05/03/2017 to advise of an unsuccesfull debit order. I called Vusi @ 8:19 same day to advise that I would be making a 'manual payment' the following day and also updated my details which includes new debit order date.

On 15/03/2017 a debit order went off my account and when speaking to Zuki @ 8:29 on 16th she advised that I have approved the debit order via voice prompts after receiving the sms

My question, why would I call Vusi and still arrange a debit order? Her answer: "our system says you did"

I was transferred to Harold at subscriber collections who also told me there is nothing they can do as "their system says I gave approval"

I was then transferred to a supervisor named Phillip who told me they can see I changed my date to 27/03/2017 and if I wanted my money back, to contact my bank or send them my bank statement stating the funds went off my account and also if I had the recording of the conversation of the first consultant I spoke to. I can get my money back withing 7-14 working days. I keep on telling them I did not follow voice prompts and approved a debit order for the 15th, well, "their system says so". I got so angry and frustrated and through the phone down in his ear.

Who approved the extra amount via voice prompts as I spoke to a Vusi to arrange?

Will another debit order go off 27/03?
