Unauthorized debit order

On the 21st Novemebr 2016 i cancelled my contract with Vodacom and paid an early cancellation fee to be of effect from 01 December 2016. This was paid and sent off to Vodacom. I recieved notice from vodacom accepting the cancellation. After all that process the contract never was cancelled and vodacom continued to debit my bank account. EVENTUALLY after numerous complaints they cancelled my account 01 Jan 2017. This morning i woke up to a frightning sms that Vodacom had once again debited my account. This has now been 3 debit orders that were not suppose to have happened. Calling Vodacom 111, prelegal, admin, solutions team and supervisors all seem to not be able to help and all put down the phone in your ear when they realise they cant help! went to the Vodacom store to get this issue sorted out and sthey were unable to resolve the situation with vodacom Head office themselves. Even the frustrated Vodacom employee found this unacceptible. I have now resorted to Social Media out of despiration to resolve this issue. For a company the size of Vodacom i find their inability to address a valid complaint unacceptable!

It would be so lovely if that consultant would actually contact me.
