unauthorized debit order

I have upgraded my phone contract 2 months ago. Upon signing the new contract has said that my new debit order would be less than what i currently was paying, the first month went off as usual,

then the month of December vodacom deducted double as per whaf was agreed on the contract. When i phoned vodacom on the 3rd of Dec a have spoken to an agent who said that he will log a call with reference number 1- ********** 62361. The agent did advice i will receive an answer within 48 working hours.

So 3 days have passed and i heard nothing. I called again and i spent an hour on the phone being transferred from pillar to post. Upon speaking to the 3rd agent they just hang up as they were not in the mood to work, an hour later i received a call so that i can rate their service and they said they would call me back, until today the 12th december, i did no hear anything about the extra money thzt was taken and what the way forward is,

Really pathetic service. Never was this stated that they would take extra money when they want to.

I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone,
