Unauthorized Data Allocation.
In the recent past two aspects has been noted. When checking balances on *111# option 1 the balances are not shown but one get bombarded by an invitation to partake in some summer shake up competition. After not taking the offer one have to re do to see the balances. This is not only annoying but who is footing the bill for this unwanted and unsolicited message? Then on the odd occasion one get sms's stating that "Your R3. 00 10MB DATA REFILL BUNDLE VALUD TILL....... HAS BEEN ALLOCATED". It is not understood why such an allocation is made since it was not requested and one still have sufficient data and airtime. What is a concern is that one get between 9 to 12 sms's each allocating R3. 00. My question is who is paying for this and under what circumstances and on whose authority is this allocation made. What and how can one get this stopped.
