Unauthorized credit enquiry and *****ulent application
Hi, I have noticed unauthorized credit enquiries from Vodacom on the 21 May 2024. Please cancel any kind of application you might be having on my name. I have this issue with Vodacom before and requested that you please flag or blacklist my ID number to avoid any form of *****ulent application. Please attend to this urgently and give me feedback and confirmation that my ID number has been black listed on your system as this has been happening previously.

23 May 2024, 13:29If I could give a zero star I would😡. I'm very frustrated and disappointed at Vodacom. I lodge a complain on the 21st May that I saw a credit enquiry on my name and you need to cancel any application you might have with my ID number since there's a *****ster who's busy applying for credit using my details. I requested you guys to blacklist and Flag my ID number indefinitely, I would never ever apply for any type of contract with in future more especially after such incompete. Today I just received a call from you asking me to confirm the deliver address so you can deliver only God knows what is that you wanted to deliver. Can you please stop approving any application on my name, this is getting tiring. I don't know if you are trying to push sales or what but can you please blacklist my ID number as I will never ever apply for anything with you and should you approve any kind of contract it will be on you because I'm getting tired of saying the same thing over and over again. CAN YOU STOP APPROVING STUFF ON MY NAME.
