Unauthorized credit application

This is nonsense today I received a call from a person who said is calling me from Vodacom they are offering me a cellphone and I declined next thing there is a Vodacom credit enquiry on my credit report. I didn't give Vodacom an authority to an application. This is ***** you are doing and you need to be reported.
