Unauthorized charges

<p> </p> <p>I am on the Red Advantage contract and every month amounts are billed against my account for sms’s and data even though I have unlimited sms’s and I never use the allocated amount of data per month. For example on the 24 Sept 2016 at 01:38:33 I was charged R 6.14 for data used. Yet for that month I only used 174.24 MB of the allocated 1 Gig of data. There are numerous transactions like this.</p> <p>Please stop these ******** transactions and refund all the charges back to me.</p> <p> </p>
