Unauthorized Cancellation

<p>I've tried to Cancel my contract, and has been told that I’m unable to do the cancelation as there is an active contract, Now this contract was originally requested in 2013, after 24 months I requested that the contract should move over as a month to month base.<br /> Now that I’ve decided that I’m not using the contract anymore I want to cancel it completely they tell me that there is an active contract and I need to wait till the end of the contract period. I’ve asked who did the contract and they told me that they had an inbund call from this contract number, now my question is if this is a Microsoft OS tablet and you cannot make phone calls on this device how did a call get made this device. I really can’t understand how this thing can happen. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT</p> <p> </p>
