Unauthorized application (Rewnd)

My mother had received a call from a telemarketer named Ethan claiming to sell a data package with a tablet compliments of Vodacom. I took the call on behalf of my mom for the contract to be explained. After listening to his pitch, he then asks to speak to my mom to explain the Ts &amp; Cs. He claimed that I had confirmed the contract, to which I did not. I then continued to speak to him again, with claims that the current Vodacom contract data which my mother has will increase by 1 March (by more then 100% then it is now). I had told him neither myself or my mother are interested and we do not want the contract he offered.<br> <br> I received an SMS to my number claiming \Application for Referral Number ***9 has been Approved.\" The two sms that followed states \"A Vetting application for a new line has been registered against your ***. Please contact Dealer REWND on *** for any queries. VODACOM\" and \"Vodacom notification: Your customer order number ***9 is being processed and should be dispatched shortly.\"<br> <br> My mother had not agreed to anything nor myself and I feel this is unfair as we have received excellent service from Vodacom until yesterday"
