Unauthorized amounts being debited from my account!

If there was a 0 rating - I'd give it!. I bought a tablet for my son, paid it up and then took a package of R48 per month for 500MB of data. Suddenly my account got debited with R103.00 in July 2020 - sent a email querying the installment to customer care - no response whatsoever. August my account got debited with R431.73 which I never picked up but paid. September my account got debited another R431.73 which I picked up and reversed at my bank. Today I got sent a statement of R753.60?. I should mention that this tablet has not been in use for more than 3 months - data untouched. I never authorized any bonus or additional data to be allocated to my account- this is ******* and completely against the customer consumer protection Act! Please show me proof where this was authorized???. I do not want credit on this, I want to be refunded as this was a unauthorized debit order!. I would also like to cancel this data package with immediate effect. Your cancellation number *** DOES NOT WORK!. Emails goes unanswered - and I can not take time from work to visit one of your stores - I want this dealt with. July 2020 installment paid -R103.03 (Over charged by R55.03) August 2020 installment paid - R431.73 (Over charged by R383.73) September 2020 charged R431.73 - SHOULD ONLY BE R48.00 DUE alone. July and August over payments = R55.03 +R383.73 =R483.76 less R48.00 DUE for September = R390.81. I expect to be refunded R390.81, please do not offer me a credit - this is my money and quite frankly I'd rather buy nappies.
