Unauthorized agreements
Receiving misleading information from the representatives and renewing a contract which I have not agreed to, this is concerning when they tell you in the beginning calls are recording and I have specified that I do not want any contract renewals however they have processed to put me in a contract I have not agreed to. This is bad customer service.
