Unauthorized activity on my sim
I turn on my spare phone this morning only to find its not registered on the vodacom network.. I have had this number for about 18 years. Phone the call centre who tells me there was a Sim swop done on the number this morning through the call centre. This is *****... there is no way the other person could answer the security questions. They have ensured me they will reinstate my number within 3 hours.... I want to know how this happened in the 1st place. Management needs to look I to this
