Unauthorised Zapliam services
Amounts have been deducted off my Vodacom account for Zaplium services which I never authorised. I need to refunded for this as it was unauthorised. Vodacom should not allow other companies to charge through their vodacom account, as these costs get hidden unless you have itemised billing and can check for them!
