UnAuthorised use of Personal information

Good day Vodocom<br> <br> I received an email today (6 July 2015) saying an Agent Name : LORENZO is trying to apply a new cell phone contract for me at the vodacam4U shop at Clear water mall. I never authorize the SHOP to process any application for a new contract on my behalf . What the shop did is they took an old application of mine which I did a year 2014 ago and process it without my knowledge.<br> <br> Which means Vodacam does not respect our personal information as they can use it on whatever they want , when you do an new application the system does lots of checks (i.e Credit ) .It doesn't mean if VODACOM doesn't provide a service someoneelse (i.e MTN, CellC & Telkom ) won't and if later you (i.e Vodacom ) decide to provide the service have the decency to call and find out if i'm(i.e The Customer ) still interested on your service or not.<br> <br> I will never shop again at CLEARWATER VODACOM 4U SHOP. <br> <br> WHEN YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION(eg ID) just know its not safe.<br> <br> Regards<br> Angry potential customer
