Unauthorised usage
My cell number ********** 711. I've had 5 deductions of R5 each, My name is Zulfa, ID ********** 181087 Cell : ********** 711 I just spoke to Dumi at your call centre. I'm getting SMS's saying : "Thank you for buying Wushine WarShip R5." I received this message 17.05.2019, 18.05.2019, 20.05.2019, 21.05.2019 and today 29.05.2019. It's coming off my airtime.
They are doing so **********ly, as I never signed up for anything. I can't even download from this cheapie phone anyway.
Please stop any ***** on my cell number immediately. 3 days to cancel is not good enough. I want your forensics team to investigate and I want that R25 credited back to my airtime. I've been a customer of Vodacom for almost 20 years, if this is not resolved, I will completely cancel and go to another service provider.
