Unauthorised upgrade and cancellation request not processed
Requested for a contract cancellation in November because my cellphone contract ended in December 2024. I still get charged for the plan till this date May 2024. Called Vodacom cancellations centre numerous times to request for the cancellation but nothing gets done

> Reference number for cancellation is ***
> The due date is scheduled for 31 May 2025.
> All allocated bundles (Min/Data/Airtime/SMS) need to be utilized as they will be forfeited.
> Simply recharge on 1 June 2025 once on Prepaid.
> Ensure that you keep the number active on the Vodacom network by recharging, making calls and sending SMS's.
> WhatsApp calls and messages do not count as activity as it is a 3rd party application.
> Inactivity for 90 consecutive days, will result in deletion of the number from the Vodacom network.
