UNAUTHORISED UPGRADE

Vodacom customer services is an absolute nightmare. They ask the questions and you just don't seem to get to talk to someone. They upgraded my 87 year old mouther's account without authorization. We found that out when we went into our trusted Vodacom shop. How on earth can they do these things? And on the system they can clearly see that she NEVER uses the account. Unacceptable!!!!!!
