Unauthorised upgrade
A company named elite apparently upgraded my contract without my knowledge, i was out of the country when this took place and vodacom debits my account for the upgrade i have received no cell phone, no simcard, that number hasnt been in use for over 2 years which is why we asked for the contract to be cancelled and we just get excuses from vodacom and in the interim they continue to debit my account

As per our telephone conversation, please note that the number has been cancelled and I have processed the credit for the past three months of R766.50 Including VAT. This will reflect on your next Vodacom Statement.
