Unauthorised Upgrade

Vodacom did an upgrade without my consent or authority. It appears that there is a internal ***** taking place at Vodacom by their people. I queried with them a couple of times without an response from customer care or the upgrade dept. There is a strong likelyhood that internal ***** is taking place and de*****ing the customers. How was the upograde done and by whom - there should be no phone on this number, its a data number. Sunday at 13:30 spoke to Aysha and lesego = after a while they cut the call. Check your records. Vodacom there is a problem internally - Can the CEO give me a call - i faxed the affidavit and ID and letter a while back and still no reply and refund? What is happening in your organization??????
