Unauthorised subscriptions charged

Vodacom responded but they are giving the run around referring me to Opera Telecom. They provided me with contact details from which these people aren't reachable at all. They even have the audacity to send me an invoice including the amount I am querying! <br> <br> I just want my money back. I never had dealings nor do I know what these people do or services they provide.
