unauthorised subscriptions and unauthorised migration
I took contract on black Friday and now they are over charging me due to unauthorised migration and value added services that i never subscribe if i call they remove and its get added again 0The customer service said it SAADMIN MEAN IT AUTOMATICAL BEEN ADDED BY SOMEONE TO MAKE SALES ON MY COST.I decided to flag my account as i was advised buy customer service agent now they are telling me i can not get back to the initial package and they can not remove what they've been added ,However did not add all of these thing .I want Vodacom to refund all my money and stop being crucks
