Unauthorised subscriptions allowed by Vodacom

My Vodacom account has been repeatedly debited for “Purchased Content 2” since mid-September. After investigating, I discovered this relates to a service called “Baseplay Max.” I also found a misleading SMS stating: Congratulations, you have subscribed for a one-day free trial, thereafter R15 per day. At the exact date and time of this so-called subscription, I did not have access to my phone. This is clearly unauthorized. Further research shows this is a widespread issue, not an isolated case. It is unacceptable that Vodacom continues to allow *****ulent third-party charges on its billing system. Vodacom must take accountability and stop enabling these predatory practices

Please note that I do beware of phishing ****s which is why I had the content block on my account which has now mysteriously been deactivated. I have tried to reactivate it but keep getting a technical error on the app.
I have received an email from Vodacom on where to log a complaint but none of the platforms are currently operation due to technical issues. Could an agent urgently phone me please.
