Unauthorised sim swap by the call centre

I am dissatisfied with your service because which is about the fact that an unathourised sim swap was done with my cellphone number and as a result my bank account was accessed and funds were all my funds was removed from my account. I find this unacceptable in terms of Vodacom’s security and as a long standing prepaid customer unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved as I am sitting with no financial aid at this point in time and have to rely on the financial assistance of family and friends. I understand that you are required to respond formally to my complaint. I shall follow up this letter if I do not hear back from you by as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you need any further information from me, please contact me on the following details: Bonietta Opperman on ********** 692 (work)/ ********** 136 or ********** as I have been advised to take this matter further.
