Unauthorised purchase on my bank account

There is a purchase on my bank account which reflect as vodacom thohoyandou 479012*4761 on 18 may 2022 with reference no *** which i did not transact.an amount of R316.00 was taken from my account for a purchase with above reference no.i went to vodacom thohoyandou mutsindo mall where i was told that other shop use the speed point which reflect thier name as vodacom thohoyandou which is no sense to me coz each shop or retailer must reflect its own name.i did not personal buy anthing which has to do with vodacom.again if it is a purchase why reference no. My money R316 was ****** from my account and vodacom shop cant explain how and why though it reflect vodacom thohoyandou as stated above.im so dissapointed with vodacom.
