Unauthorised plan change
I noticed on 3 May 2021 that my phone has been upgraded without my permission to a My Red 2G 250min TopUp. I phoned immediately and logged a complaint. Ref ***. Then another quote ref ***. It still shows that I am on this plan and that my bill is R568.99. When will this be fixed? I am going to reverse the debit order because it is unauthorised

This was R339.13 contract plus CLIP 8.69 and reduced subscription discount of R96.52. Now suddenly it R339.13 plus CLIP 9.99 plus contract cover R6.99 (which I never asked for) and a discount of R40 for a total of R366.98. Why am I not on the contract I was on before VODACOM decided to upgrade me, mid contract I might add, and now you are trying to ***** my money to cover your mistakes!!!!!!
