Unauthorised GameMine subscriptions !!!!! AGAIN !!!!

Yet again I have been subscribed to a service without me authorising it. This time it is GameMine. I am really careful about clicking buttons and following links. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE.

This happens every few months and Vodacom takes a few rands from each customer until you phone and complain, at which point they cancel the subscription and block the number for future subscriptions. But low and behold, the block does not work and a few months later another unauthorised subscription appears "magically".

This is the most ********* practice, I can't believe that Vodacom as a company allows this to continue and are not prepared to do anything about it! What about "double opt-in" authentication that was advertised and marketed a few years ago? This is not even "opt-in once" !!!
