Unauthorised ********** sim swop allowed by Vodacom

On 6 December 2017 Vodacom allowed an unauthorised sim card swop which resulted in us being hacked for R60800. I have sent several emails to the ***** department asking for how this happened and requesting a guarantee that it will not happen again. The swop was apparently done telephonically which is a breech of Vodacom procedure as I have a contract. I have had no replies to my emails. At the alleged time of the ***** I was in a meeting so there is no way that I could have authorized the swop. This happened 3 months ago and I am still awaiting Vodacom's reply. Should I stay with Vodacom or migrate?
