Unauthorised deduction of subscription after cancellation

I cancelled our business' data subscription, account B ********** -3, cellular number ********** 153, on 17 November 2016 and received an immediate response from Vodacom via email, requesting confirmation of immediate cancellation. I confirmed that it should be cancelled with immediate effect on 17 November. We received an invoice, number B ********** 77, on 3 December 2016, charging us for December's data subscription. THIS WAS AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED ON 17 NOVEMBER 2016.

I have emailed Vodacom numerous times explaining the situation over and over again. Each time they reply with a one liner not addressing the issue at all, with no understanding of what I want is a refund of the amount deducted in December as the contract should have been cancelled by Vodacom on 17 November. Not 14 December. Vodacom states that the contract was cancelled with immediate effect, however stating that it was cancelled on 14 December. They do not even understand that the time lapse from 17 November to 14 December is not immediate!

I have requested Vodacom to provide me with a supervisor or team leader's contact email address. They are just ignoring my request! This is the worst service I have ever received.
