Unauthorised Debits
On the 23 of June 2023 I had an unauthorised debit from Vodacom *** I906) of R90, which I disputed and reversed because I do not have a Vodacom contract and did not receive notification of a new debit. I again experienced another debit of R412.99 *** I906) which I again disputed and reversed and again no notice of a new debit that I need to approve.
This afternoon I receive a notification from my bank that I have a new debit from Vodocam.
This is starting to get exasperating, I am not a Vodacom client and have never had a contract with Vodacom. I do not know where or how you got a hold of my banking details, but this theft had to come to an end!!

22 Aug 2023, 08:42So I got an email from Vodacom saying that they had tried to contact me to no avail - which is a lie because I never received any calls or even missed a call from them.
To make things worse on that said email I was told that I needed to submit an affidavit, 3 samples of my signature and a copy of my ID to their ***** department.
All I need is for Vodacom to cancel this contract - I have never had a Vodacom contract and after this I doubt I ever will.
