Unauthorised Debit- overcharged

In October, I arranged to cancel my vodacom account. Before the account could be closed I had to pay in excess of R4600 due to premature contract termination. I was then informed that the services would cease month end (as I had now paid up to and including that current month). Needless to say my account was deactivated the very next day so I could not make use of the data and minutes I had paid for. I decided not to take the matter further as I was immigrating mid November and knew it was a fight that would take too long to resolve.

In November, I was advised that I owed R2320, so I immediately called the contact center to clarify that I had already paid the amount in full. I stressed that this must please be resolved as a priority. Nevertheless my account was debited. I fortunately received an invoice at the end of December advising that they owe me R2320, however I see that it has not yet been credited into my account. Please can you arrange that this is paid as soon as possible. I am now residing in England and I need to close down my South African bank account.
